The State House Featured In: What Now Columbus

Tora Bonnier's latest venture, The State House, is set to redefine dining in downtown Columbus. Located at 11 W State St, within the historic Ho-Toy building now owned by Bonnier Building LLC, The State House promises a unique culinary experience centered around foraged ingredients sourced from across Ohio.

Expected to open in July, The State House will showcase a menu featuring locally sourced items such as Lake Erie and Ohio River fish, beans, corn, hominy, and pickled and preserved delicacies. With Bonnier's diverse background in law and culinary arts, The State House represents a fusion of her passions and expertise.

The restaurant, situated on the ground floor, is just one of three concepts planned for the historic building, reflecting Bonnier's commitment to innovation and culinary excellence. As Columbus eagerly anticipates the arrival of The State House and its distinctive offerings, it stands as a testament to Bonnier's vision and dedication to culinary innovation.
